How it works
1 Draft the issue
The lead bank works with the province to draft the issue details — size, coupon, maturity, pricing, and benchmarks.
2 Go Green
The bank sets the issue to Green, alerting every investor on the platform.
3 Go Red — launched
When the deal launches, a second alert marks the issue Red and confirms final terms to the same audience.
Big 6 Banks
Create and edit issues, trigger Green and Red alerts, manage their users.
Provinces
View and edit their own issues and manage their users.
